We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Wendy in Sussex Inlet. From our very first conversation, she was professional, genuinely attentive, and clearly knew the local market inside and out. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and kept us updated every step of the way — no question was ever too small, and she always responded promptly. What really stood out was how honest and straight forward Wendy was throughout the whole process. She managed negotiations with real skill and made sure we felt confident and informed at every stage. Buying/selling property can be stressful, but Wendy's calm, friendly approach made it so much easier. Wendy worked tirelessly to sell my home in a efficient, graceful and professional manner. Wendys knowledge of realestate was above and beyond my expectations Wendys ability to communicate in the most stressful times of selling my home put everything into perspective for me and made the sale of my home as smooth as possible. On various occasions I had to contact Wendy and she was always available for me. Wendy sold my home in a great time frame in which I was extremely happy with. Wendy is a treasure.

Wendy went above and beyond for both her clients and her potential buyers. We are beyond grateful to Wendy for her patience and negotiating skills to help us buy the house that we fell in love with on our first inspection. Without Wendy we surely would have missed our down size and sea change. Wendy kept us up to date on how the home was going on the market with any offers that came along. She’s a great communicator and has a lovely approach and commitment to her work. She always answered her phone and if she was busy, would call us back as soon as she could. We found Wendy very open and very honest. There are no ‘silly questions’ for her. Even now, we can call her for local knowledge of our new area, she quite happily answers the phone and is still very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Wendy to sell your home or, like us, buy one from her. We’re so happy we came across her and we thank our vendors for that.
